It’s worse than childbirth and I’ve had 2 c-sections y’all! Anyways, save your stomach from all the Tylenol/ibuprofens/pain pills or whatever you find yourself reaching for. Take a small amount of this and swish it around in your mouth for at least 15-20 seconds. The pain almost immediately dissipates!
